Insta360 has unveiled its next-generation flagship webcams at CES 2026, and they're packing some genuinely useful features for anyone who spends their day on video calls or creating content.
The Link 2 Pro and Link 2C Pro are designed for professionals working across meetings, live streaming, education, and content creation. According to Max Richter, VP of Marketing and Co-founder of Insta360, the focus is on "presence and control", giving users better performance and features they actually need.
What's new?
Both models feature a larger sensor that delivers stronger low-light performance and a more natural depth of field. Insta360 reckons this produces "clean, DSLR-like visuals without external lighting". External lighting is a pain for home video, so this promises to make it much easier to look decent on Zoom.
The Link 2 Pro has a motorised gimbal with smooth AI motion tracking, while the Link 2C Pro uses intelligent auto-framing to keep you centred. You can even control where and how the camera moves with tracking boundaries and pause zones, rather than having it follow you around like an overeager puppy.
For creators, there's a one-tap green screen feature, scene presets, and flexible framing modes that make it easy to adapt your camera view on the fly. Whether you're in a meeting, streaming, or teaching, you can switch between modes without fiddling through menus.
Stream Deck integration and audio improvements
If you use the Elgato Stream Deck, these new webcams are natively supported, letting you control camera modes, presets, and framing with physical buttons. This means you can make changes during live sessions without disrupting your flow.
Insta360 has also improved the directional voice pickup, with four audio modes to choose from depending on your setup.
The company claims this delivers clear, focused sound in most environments, which could reduce the need for external microphones in many situations.
Availability and pricing
The Insta360 Link 2 Pro and Link 2C Pro will be available worldwide starting 13 January 2026. Insta360 hasn't revealed pricing or bundle details yet, but those will be announced at launch.
