The rest of Samsung's TV lineup has arrived in Australia, here's what you need to know
Samsung's 2025 lineup has arrived in Australia, which means there are lots of big screens with lots of big prices.

After I got to sit down and spend some quality time (but not enough) with Samsung's flagship OLED TV for 2025, the S95F, I kind of forgot that OLED is actually just a small portion of what the company launches every year.
This week Samsung announced the Aussie details of the rest of its 2025 AV lineup. It did launch these products back at CES, and like previous years, there are a lot of models being launched, so try and stick with this one to the end to get a clearer idea of what's launching.

Let's start with the big guns: the Neo QLED 8K
The 2025 family of the Neo QLED 8K has two models: the QN990F and the QN900F. The 990F is the flagship, measuring just 12.6mm thick and with a Wireless One Connect Box that can transmit 8K video at 120Hz up to 10 metres.
The QN990F is powered by the NQ8 AI Gen3 Processor, which offers 8K AI upscaling, and 240Hz support for fast moving motion with gaming and sports.
The QN900F is a bit cheaper, with a metal frame and 165Hz motion smoothing. It has the NQ8 AI Gen2 processor, and lacks the wireless connection box. It's also exclusive to Harvey Norman.
I went hands on with the 8K QN900D last year and it was a real treat, so I know this year's models will be visually impressive. If you can afford it, that is.
Pricing and availability
The 8K TV models are available now, with RRPs as follows:
- 85-inch Neo QLED 8K QN990F. RRP: $13,799
- 85-inch Neo QLED 8K QN900F. RRP: $9,774
- 75-inch Neo QLED 8K QN900F. RRP: $7,244
- 65-inch Neo QLED 8K QN900F. RRP: $5,174

Neo QLED 4K - best for the rest of us
The reality is that there's still no content designed for an 8K TV, so you're probably better off just going with a 4K display in the meantime. It's cheaper, too, which is a nice bonus.
This year Samsung has three 4K lineups. There's the premium QN90F, the QN 85F and the QN70F. Trying to explain the differences is a little confusing, so here's a table that highlights what you get instead:
As you can see, the biggest differences come in the processor and the speaker performance.
Launching in June, Samsung also has a 100-inch Neo QLED 4K QN80F launching. At 100 inches, it's pricey, but you can expect the specs to sit between the QN70F and the QN85F.
Pricing and availability
Most of the lineup is available now from Samsung and leading retailers, except the 100-inch QN80F, which arrives in June.

For the art lover: The Frame Pro
The Frame was always a statement piece, but it kind of fell behind on the specs front. This year Samsung has the Frame Pro, which adds a Neo QLED 4K display and an NQ4 AI Gen3 processor to really lift the image performance.
It comes with a Wireless One Connect Box, and has Pantone's ArtfulColour validation.
Of course, the Frame's big point of difference - aside from its style - is the included motion and brightness sensor, which helps minimise energy consumption by turning off the TV when the room is empty, and adjusting the picture based on ambient light.
If you aren't fussed about 4K, Samsung has also boosted the regular frame with the NQ4 Gen2 processor and a 144Hz refresh rate for gamers.
Pricing and availability
All models of the Frame Pro and the Frame are available now:
- 85-inch The Frame Pro. RRP: $6,899
- 75-inch The Frame Pro. RRP: $5,147
- 65-inch The Frame Pro. RRP: $4,024
- 55-inch The Frame. RRP: $2,299
- 43-inch The Frame. RRP: $1,724
