It's not even been a month since Tineco launched its lineup of lay-flat floor cleaners, but now the company is expanding the range with the power of steam.
The S7 Stretch Steam builds on the S7 Stretch from last month by using super-heated steam at 140ºC to remove stains and kill bacteria on your floors.
The S7 Stretch Steam keeps all the features that made the original S7 Stretch so practical.
This includes the 180° lay-flat design that's just 13cm high, perfect for letting you clean under beds and couches without having to move furniture around. It's got 80 minutes of runtime, which should be plenty for most homes.
What sets this model apart is the HyperSteam Technology, which Tineco says eliminates 99.9% of bacteria without needing harsh chemicals. It's actually received TÜV certification for both bacteria elimination and pet-friendly cleaning, which gives you some peace of mind that it's not just marketing speak.
Tineco's FlashDry self-cleaning system appears on this model as well. It uses 85°C hot air to clean the brush roller after you're done, then dries everything in about 5 minutes.
Other features include triple-sided edge cleaning, an anti-tangle design for picking up hair (pet owners will appreciate this), and Tineco's iLoop smart sensor that adjusts suction based on how dirty your floors are.
Pricing and availability
The Tineco FLOOR ONE S7 Stretch Steam is available now for $1,199 from Tineco's online store, Harvey Norman, JB Hi-Fi, The Good Guys, Bing Lee, Retravision, Mobileciti, and Big W online.
