Hisense has priced its 2025 ULED TVs
Announced back at CES, we now know how much Hisense's 2025 ULED TV models will cost in Australia
This time of year is always fun for TV aficionados. Every TV manufacturer likes to drop their local pricing and availability within a few weeks of eachother.
We've already seen what Samsung, LG and Sony have to offer this year, and now Hisense has revealed its pricing strategy for the 2025 lineup of ULED TVs.
These TVs were first announced back at CES back in January, along with its monstrous 136-inch model.
So that you don't have to jump back to that older article, Hisense has three main families of ULED TV.
The cheapest is the U6Q entry level model. This year, the U6 models get QLED Quantum Dot technologies and Dolby Vision iQ certification, as well as a significant refresh rate boost for gamers, up to 144Hz (from 60Hz in 2024's models).
The PRO in U6QAU PRO distinguishes the product from the 2024 model U6.
The U7Q family delivers peak brightness up to 2,000 nits and is a great choice for gamers thanks to the addition of Game Mode Ultra, delivering 165Hz refresh rates during gaming. It also boasts four HDMI 2.1 ports, Dolby Vision Gaming, and FreeSync Premium Pro support.
The premium U8Q family boosts peak brightness up to 5,000 nits, 165Hz refresh rates in Game Ultra Mode and 3000+ local dimming zones for a more nuanced picture. You also get Quantum Dot technology for more enhanced colour accuracy as well.
Pricing and availability
Screen size varies by product family, but basically you're looking at anywhere from 50-inch to 100 inch screen sizes. Here's what it looks like:
