The smaller 350mAh battery, while providing a decent amount of playtime, may not be sufficient for hardcore gamers or those who frequently engage in long gaming sessions. Obviously actual playtime will depend on a range of factors, but I found I got about a week of gaming time between recharges.
When I did recharge, the USB-C slot is awkwardly placed at an angle on the left side of the controller. It's a bit of a pain.
Pairing can occasionally be a challenge. While generally reliable, I did find that trying to understand the pattern for pairing different devices to be a little confusing. There are different ways to pair with an Android and an iOS device, and the instructions aren’t necessarily the easiest to follow.
